Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes an immediate breach of these Terms.
3.3 Verification. duel7 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to a photograph of your CNIC (front and back), a selfie for liveness verification, or proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that do not complete verification within the period specified in the verification request may be temporarily restricted.
3.4 Restricted Jurisdictions. duel7 does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of duel7 complies with applicable laws in your location.
4.1 One Account Policy. Each individual person is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) active duel7 account. Multiple accounts linked to the same CNIC, address, device fingerprint, IP address, or payment method will be treated as duplicate accounts. duel7 reserves the right to close all but one account and to void any bonus or promotional winnings derived from a duplicate account.
4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. duel7 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where the unauthorised access resulted from your failure to protect your credentials.
4.3 Account Suspension. duel7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, where duel7 has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, or where account activity triggers duel7's fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing detection systems.
4.4 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. duel7 may apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts as permitted under applicable regulations. Members will be notified before any fee is applied.
4.5 Account Closure by Member. You may close your duel7 account at any time by contacting support. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the ordinary course. Any remaining balance subject to outstanding wagering requirements may be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
5.1 Currency. All member account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers on duel7 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). duel7 does not maintain accounts in foreign currencies. USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of processing.
5.2 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of your duel7 account. duel7 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction charges which are beyond duel7's control.
5.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawal requests will only be processed where: (a) your account has completed full CNIC verification; (b) any applicable wagering requirements on bonus credits have been satisfied; and (c) the withdrawal amount does not exceed your verified real-money balance.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. duel7 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the Payment Guide available to all members. Processing times may extend during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required. duel7 is not responsible for delays caused by the member's bank or payment provider after funds have been dispatched.
5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. In compliance with international anti-money laundering standards, duel7 requires that withdrawals are directed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. duel7 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for withdrawal requests that exceed specified thresholds.
Important: duel7 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your name. Third-party deposits will be returned and the associated account may be restricted pending investigation.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by duel7 are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms published at the time of each promotion. 7.1 Game Rules. Each casino game and betting market available on duel7 is governed by its own set of rules which are accessible from within the game or market interface. Members are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before participating. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to game play.

7.3 Void Bets. duel7 reserves the right to void any bet or casino round where a technical error, system failure, or manifest pricing error has occurred. 7.4 Cricket and Sports Betting. 11.3 duel7's aggregate liability to any individual Member arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits duel7's liability for death or personal injury caused by duel7's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
duel7 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Members via the email address registered on the account and/or via a prominent notice on the duel7 Platform at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect.
Where an amendment is required urgently for legal or regulatory compliance reasons, duel7 may apply changes immediately with notice provided as soon as reasonably practicable. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13.1 Internal Complaints Procedure. If you have a complaint about any aspect of the duel7 Platform or the outcome of a game or bet, you must first submit your complaint to duel7 support.
